Frequently asked questions
Is my data protected, and does quupp comply with the GDPR?
Yes. quupp is designed to meet the GDPR. The details are set out in our terms of use, privacy policy, data processing agreement and confidentiality agreement.
Where is data processed, and how is it secured?
Data is processed in data centres in Europe. Transfers are encrypted, access requires permissions you set yourself, and the platform is reviewed regularly.
Is my content stored, logged, or used for training?
Whatever a model needs to answer is held only briefly in memory for that purpose and is then deleted. It is not logged and not used to train or improve models. Your project documents are kept separately in your project.
Can the original developers of the AI models see my data?
No. The models run locally on the infrastructure of the processors we use in Germany or Europe. Requests do not go to the company that developed the model, and your data is not shared with these companies.
Is there a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. On registration, a confidentiality agreement becomes part of the contract. It covers all uploaded documents, the results, and the information of your customers contained in them. You can download it as a PDF at any time in My space. On request, we also review your own non-disclosure agreement.
